How long will my order take to arrive?
UK: We aim to deliver orders in 7 days, however sometimes it may take up to 14.
USA: Orders will delivered within 8 - 18 days.
How can I track my order?
When you order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have lost the email or need help, please contact us.
Why have only some of my items been shipped?
Some items are stored in a different location so will arrive in a different package. You will not be charged for multiple delivery costs.
Can I change my order details?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to amend your order details. Please contact us.

What methods of payment do you accept?

How much is delivery?
UK: Delivery is free when you spend over £60 or £3.95 otherwise.
USA: Delivery is free when you spend over $85 or $6.99 otherwise.
What countries do you deliver to?
At the moment, we deliver to the UK and the USA.
What is your returns policy?
Providing the item is in the same condition as you received it, you can return it for free.
UK: Free returns within 30 days of delivery.
USA: Free returns within 15 days of delivery.

Can I return earrings?
Yes, you can return earrings as long as they are unworn and in the same condition as you received them.
